General Use and Conduct

• An Association waiver must be on file for all residents and guests to use the launch.

• All residents and guests use the kayak launch at their own risk.

• Overnight storage at the kayak launch is not permitted.

• The Association doesn’t provide any equipment for use at the kayak launch.

• The Association is not responsible for any equipment or other personal property left at the kayak launch.  Items left will not be stored and will be removed and disposed of by Management and at the owner’s expense. 

• Motorized watercraft are not permitted; this includes, but is not limited to boats and personal watercraft.

• Kayak trailers must be parked in a single parking spot.  Any trailers parked over multiple spots will be subject to towing at the owner’s expense.
