Court Reservations

Pickleball, tennis, and bocce courts may be reserved below. Pickleball and tennis courts used at times for official club play will be booked as a group and will not require individual court reservations. As the resident population grows and demand for the sport courts increase, the Board of Directors may establish additional restrictions on guest hours or fees or amend the rules & regulations as they see fit to best accommodate the needs and interests of the community‐at‐large.

Guest Policy

All adult guests must be accompanied by a resident. Unaccompanied guests are not permitted to use the sports courts at any time.  Children and guests under the age of 18 are restricted from use.   No more than six (6) guests per household are permitted on the sports courts. Smoking Smoking (including e‐cigarettes) is permitted ONLY in the designated smoking areas (smoking logo). Smoking and vaping are specifically prohibited at all sports courts, without exception.  

Food and Drink

Food is prohibited within the sports courts.

Attire

Closed‐toe shoes and T‐shirts or other appropriate exercise attire must be worn at all times.

Animals

All animals, except for registered service animals, are prohibited on all sports courts.   

Liability

The Association will take no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of belongings brought to the outdoor amenities by users. The Association is not responsible for any injury you may suffer, as you are using the outdoor amenities at your own risk. It is the user’s responsibility to know his/her own physical limitations and what equipment to use and how to use it within those limitations.
